THE Miracema-Nuodex Chemical Industry Ltd. is established in Avenida Ricardo Bassoli Cezare 15, 13050-080, Campinas, SP, and we are a company registered under number 46.040.242/0001-00. We act as Controller when processing your personal data.

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, as this information is necessary for us to provide you with a quote for the products and services you have selected, invoice and deliver them, as well as respond to your contact messages, we will not be able to offer some/all of our services without your data.

As noted in the “How we use your personal data” section of this Notice, we occasionally process your personal data under the legal basis of legitimate interest. In such cases, we carry out a full assessment of these legitimate interests through an appropriate procedure and documentation (Legitimate Interests Assessment – LIA) to ensure that we meet your expectations, always based on the proportionate and appropriate processing of your data.

The Company may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our processing of your personal data and will always be available on our Portal. How long do we keep your data?
We only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve our purposes, and we have strict review and retention policies in place to comply with these obligations. We are required by Brazilian tax law to retain your personal data used in invoices for a minimum of 5 years, after which your data will be deleted.
For direct marketing and technical support history, we will retain this data for a period of ten years, or until you exercise your right to object and/or withdraw your consent.
Finally, browsing data will be kept in compliance with the deadlines set out in the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), as well as any specific legislation.

The Company's Privacy Notice is governed, interpreted and executed in accordance with national legislation, especially in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Personal Data Protection Law – LGPD) and is intended to demonstrate its commitment to its associates and other interested parties.
For any complaint or controversy arising from the use and interpretation of any content made available through this Portal, the Court of the District of Matão, SP is elected.
