Chemical and physical peptizers are crucial additives in rubber manufacturing processes. They facilitate the breakdown of large polymer chains into smaller, more processable units, improving rubber processing and reducing its viscosity. This results in improved dispersion of other additives and fillers, resulting in more uniform, higher-quality rubber products.

Liobor®
Flow agents are essential components in rubber formulation, designed to increase processing efficiency and improve product quality. These additives assist in various stages of rubber processing, including mixing, extrusion and molding. By reducing friction and stickiness, flow agents make rubber compounds easier to handle and form.

Liobor®
Dispersants are additives specifically used to achieve uniform dispersion of fillers, pigments and other additives within rubber compounds. They improve the compatibility between the rubber and various additives by preventing agglomeration and ensuring a homogeneous distribution throughout the matrix. This results in improved mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tear resistance, as well as improved surface finish and color consistency in the final rubber products.

These are products derived from natural resins, commonly used as adhesives and adhesion promoters in rubber compounds.
